Thanks for the kind comment! Stored stress/emotions and suppressed injuries both physical and emotional without question play a major part in stress. Therapies and modalities of healing differ for everyone. To me a lot of it starts with a positive mentality but that’s easier said than done for some. Homeopathy and German New Medicine are both great options as they take into account and key in on emotions and energy to heal the root cause.
